Mind Over Meh™

The Mind Over Meh™ program is a deeper guided journey built around the KIND Framework™.

The KIND Framework™ is a four-part approach to self-leadership that helps people to reconnect with themselves and to move forward with greater awareness, grace, and responsibility.

Through specific practices, participants learn to take responsibility for their thoughts, to align their actions with their values, to communicate with care, and to develop the discernment needed to choose what truly serves them in their lives.

This work can be experienced through workshops, multi-session programs, or guided group experiences, allowing participants the opportunity to integrate these principles over time.

Through this process, people rediscover their worth, reclaim their voices, and come home to themselves.

This Founder’s Round Includes:

  • Four live online sessions (2 hours each)
  • Guided workbook/process
  • Private 1-on-1 session with Jerilyn Brown
  • Reflection tools and guided inquiry
  • Practical application through The KIND Framework™

🌿 Additional Ways to Work With Me

Speaking & Seminars

Speaking engagements and seminars introduce audiences to the philosophy of Your Kind Mind™ and the principles of self-leadership.

These experiences are reflective, engaging, and inspiring, and offer a new perspective on how we relate to ourselves during life’s transitions.

Participants are invited to consider how they are showing up in their lives and begin to explore what it might look like to move forward with greater awareness, grace, and responsibility.

Workshops

Workshops offer an interactive and transformative experience.

Through guided reflection, writing exercises, and meaningful conversation, participants engage with the Mind Over Meh™ process and are introduced to the KIND Framework™ in a practical and experiential way.

This is where insight deepens, and meaningful shifts begin to happen.

Participants leave with a clearer understanding of themselves and learn practical ways to begin creating change in their lives.

Work With Me

Through meaningful reflection and conversation, I guide people as they rediscover their worth, reclaim their voices, and come home to themselves.

Whether you are exploring your own next chapter or bringing a thoughtful and empowering experience to your organization or community, there are several ways to engage with the work of Your Kind Mind™.

My work is grounded in grace, personal responsibility, and courageous self-reflection in guiding people to reconnect with themselves and to move forward with greater awareness and intention.

This Is Your Invitation

When we learn to be kinder than necessary to ourselves, we begin to see ourselves differently.

We rediscover our worth. We reclaim our voice. And we come home to ourselves.

From that place, we move forward with greater awareness, grace, and responsibility.

If you are ready to take a more intentional approach to how you show up in your life, I am here to support you through this work.
