calm journaling space with tea, books, and soft light symbolizing coming home to yourself

Come Home to Yourself

A different way forward begins with how you see yourself. Meet the heart behind Your Kind Mind™

Hi, I'm Jerilyn

Jerilyn Brown is the founder of Your Kind Mind™, a space where life's transitions become opportunities to rediscover your worth, reclaim your voice, and come home to yourself.

Her work is rooted in a simple but powerful belief: when we learn to be kinder than necessary to ourselves, everything begins to shift.

Years ago, a turning point in her life brought her face-to-face with patterns of self-doubt and self-sabotage. What followed was not a quick fix—but a lifelong commitment to growth, responsibility, and transformation.

The Moment Everything Changed

There comes a point where you realize the life you've been living no longer feels aligned.

For Jerilyn, that moment became an invitation—not to become someone new, but to reconnect with who she truly was.

Through reflection, responsibility, and courage, she began to see herself differently. And in doing so, everything began to change.

Guiding Others Through Their Own Transitions

Today, Jerilyn supports individuals and organizations as they navigate meaningful life transitions—retirement, loss, career shifts, changing relationships, and moments of personal awakening.

Through speaking, workshops, and guided experiences, she helps people reconnect with themselves, take ownership of their lives, and move forward with clarity and intention.
